It is a natural symbiosis of milk ferments and microorganisms that combines the health benefits of different products derived from milk fermentation, with the added benefit of containing GcMAF.
GcMAF yogurt is formulated to have to following two main benefits:
1) Naturally produce powerful immune-stimulant molecules
2) Restore the healthy human micro-biome
Our GcMAF producing PROBIOTIC combines the beneficial properties of probiotics and it is useful in maintaining health and as a complementary natural nutritional approach in a variety of acute and chronic diseases.
This GcMAF PROBIOTIC contains natural (not artificially added) noble proteins, minerals, vitamins and powerful bio-active molecules such as Lactoferrins, immunoglobulins, antioxidants vitamins and Vitamin D-binding protein-derived Macrophage Activating Factor (GcMAF).
Our Probiotic yogurt culture coverts some Gc-protein that is present in low conventrations in full fat milk into active GcMAF based on Reid at al. publications. The administration of a probiotic yogurt mimicked Yamamoto’s administration of GcMAF. Based on this information studies were performed on which strains of bacteria covert the highist conventration of Gc-protein found in milk into GcMAF.
This yogurt product stimulates the immune system without any need for an injectable product. The existence of the mucosa-
associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) that comprises macrophages is now widely recognized and activated macrophages can re-circulate between mucosae, blood, tissues, and back to mucosas. At this point the only remaining obstacle is the acid environment of the stomach that could digest the GcMAF presented in this yogurt.
In the Waldeyer’s tonsilar ring there is an abundance of macrophages that can be directly stimulated by the GcMAF present in
this yogurt not only that but a system has been developed to have most of this yogurt pass into the gastric environment and arrive intact (for the most part) in the lower intestine where the gut microbiota exerts its actions.
This yogurt is not only a GcMAF-enriched yogurt. Based on Reid’s publications and was developed to re-establish a healthy gut microbiota, very similar to that of new born mammals.
Due to the nature of our GcMAF producing probiotic to make GcMaf enriched yogurt requires a little effort on your behalf in your own home kitchen, it’s just like normal home yogurt making with a few extra steps. You will need to heat milk and use the starters and probiotic.
This PROBIOTIC is designed not to be produced industrially and it cannot be found in supermarkets.
For most people we recommend a serving of 50Ml per day. Some people depending on their condition will find they need to work upto 50ml over a number of days to avoid gastro intestional upsets others may wish to eat a little more.
To ensure the maximum benifit is acheived from this product we recommend that you try swirling some of this yogurt around in your mouth for a few seconds before swollowing, some people acheive better results if they also gargle the yogurt for a few seconds before they swollow it. To ensure as much probiotic reaches the lower intestine intact you should have your yogurt along with a high fibre meal or a salad and a teaspoon of virgin olive oil as a dressing.
Our Product in Bio Identical to another product available on the market for 2000 Euros for a years supply which is out of the reach of most people the people that need it the most.
Our Aim was to bring to market a viable product at a much more affordable price. One that was exactly the same as the higher priced product and that has the same bennificial effects as the original to produce a yogurt to produce the maximum amount of GcMaf to stimulate the immune system.
The first line of the cellular immune system is the macrophage. These cells not only phagocytize (that is “eat”) invading viruses, bacteria and cancer cells, they generally direct the other elements and various cell types in a synchronized immune defense.
The signal that activates macrophages (and subsequently the whole immune response) is a glycoprotein (a molecule made up of a sugar and a protein) called “vitamin D binding protein/Gc-protein-derived macrophage activating factor” or GcMAF. The precursor of GcMAF is the “Gc-protein” a large protein with 458 amino acids containing three domains.
When injury, inflammation, or any immune challenge is detected in the body, the sugar at position 420 is deglycosylated by enzymes produced by B- and T-lymphocytes and Gc-Protein converted into active GcMAF, one of the most powerful activators of the entire immune system.
In chronic pathologic conditions, an enzyme degrades the Gc-protein before it can be converted into active GcMAF. This enzyme’s biochemical name is: alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase (Nagalase). So, ironically, when the body needs immune support the most, it is often left with inadequate “ammunitions” to arm and activate its troops, the macrophages.
Nagalase activity has been used as a biomarker for tumor activity (i.e. melanoma). Nagalase levels are elevated in cancer and AIDS patients. Nagalase also correlate with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and autism.
Nevertheless GcMAF is itself NOT inactivated by Nagalase. This fact opens the door of possibilities for treating chronic conditions with GcMAF.
GcMAF can be produced in the laboratory.
Interestingly, the same enzymes used by the immune system or in the laboratory to transform Gc-protein into active GcMAF appear to occur during fermentation of milk.
This led to the formulation of GcMAF PROBIOTIC: a sort of “super probiotic food” made from an original sequence of milk fermentation processes to take optimal advantage of Nature’s method of making GcMAF.
